    Hi,

    I updated the theme yesterday using a freshly downloaded copy from themeforest. I updated using FTP to overwrite the pre-existing files and packages. Once installed, I was able to update TLG Framework and other plugin. However, whenever I launch the website now, I get an infinitely loading spinner and this is across browsers. Clearing cache and such doesnt help.

    Could you help me with this?

    About this issue, you can try to deactivate all your plugin (once by once, except WPBakery Page Builder and TLG Framework) to see if the problem is gone or not.

    If the problem persists, please share us the admin account of your site via private reply so we can investigate your case and help you out. Also, please point to specific page where we can see the problem. Any screenshots would be welcomed!

    Hi! I’ve fixed the issue in themes/wanium/inc/filters.php file (this is for new custom menu for shop pages feature).

    I’ve also fixed it in the latest version of the Wanium theme 1.5.7, so if you want, you can update your theme to latest version as in the article here: http://www.themelogi.com/knowledge/#theme_update
