I bought your template and it does not work correctly.
I have done the installation following your steps and it does not work, I can not access the templates through WP Bakery Page Builder and I can not load the demos of the templates in Slider Revolution because it tells me that I need a key.
Please I need your help, because it is as if I have bought smoke. The only thing that appears to me is the top and footer. Otherwise I can’t do anything because the configuration is complicated and I can’t find the templates to work more easily. Supposedly you said it was easy to use but I don’t believe it because I’ve been trying for several hours and it doesn’t work.

Please find below the answer for your questions:
1. For your information, when you purchase a theme from ThemeForest that bundles WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution or any other Premium plugins, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme.
However, your theme purchase does not give you individual Premium plugins licenses that allow you to activate or download these plugins as you wish. Activation Premium plugins doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot received direct updates. Please don’t worry if you see warning messages about the plugin license activation.
We’ll include latest version of the plugins each time we release a new version of the theme. It’s normally take a few days so we can test the plugins with the theme.
Also, the premium templates in sliders or page builder isn’t a part of the bundled license, it’s only an extra pack so the plugins author can get more direct sales for the plugin (not a bundled license). Also, you don’t need any of that templates in order to build the pages same as our demo site.

2. In case you can see the page content, you can try to deactivate all your plugins (except WPBakery Page Builder and TLG Framework) to see if the problem is gone or not.
And please make sure update your Navian theme to latest version (1.2.6) as in the article here: http://www.themelogi.com/knowledge/#theme_update
When you’re done on updating the theme, please go to your Dashboard > Appearances > Install Plugins to update your plugins.
Also, please make sure you’ve activated the TLG Framework plugin after the theme update.
You may want to test it in private mode of your browser or remove history cache of the browser and check again.
