    I was thinking that the theme works out well for my business, but unfortunately it didn’t render well. I’ll be uninstalling the theme. Please issue a refund so that I can buy more appropriate theme for my website.

    Thanks for writing in and I’m really sorry for your inconvenience using the theme.

    Actually the theme works for more than 2500 customers without problems, so please at least let us opportunity to help you out before requesting a refund.

    Also, according to the author refund policy in ThemeForest ( https://themeforest.net/page/author_refund_policy#not-refundable ). If our item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like “bought an item by mistake” or “the customer change their mind” or “want another theme”.

    In this case, we can only give refund in case you haven’t downloaded the theme yet or the theme has bug that we can’t help you to fix it, or you can’t install the theme in your hosting.

    So could you please share us the admin account of your site via private reply so we can investigate your case and help you out. Also, please point to specific page where we can see the problem. Any screenshots would be welcomed! (you could upload your images into https://imgbb.com/ and share the link here).

    In case we can’t help you out, we’ll happy to approve the request.

    Hi Danny, thanks for the detailed response. What you guyz have built is a great theme but unfortunately didn’t suit well to my requirements hence I’ve changed my mind to move on. It will be great if you can issue a refund.
