After updating WordPress (5.5.3–it_IT), some parts of pages built with WPBakery Page Builder are no longer visible (for example, Tabs, Text block, Video player, Icon title list).
Basically, half of the pages on my site are now blank, while in the back end everything has remained as it was.
What may have happened? How can I solve?

I forgot to mention that I have updated the theme and plugins to the latest version available.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

In this case, you may want to test it in private mode of your browser or remove history cache of the browser and check again.

If the problem persists, please share us your site URL and the admin account via private reply or via the contact form at https://themeforest.net/user/themelogi so we can investigate your case and help you out.

    Looking forward to your response!

    Best regards,
    Danny

I cleared the cache and nothing has changed.
You don’t see various blocks like the Tabs and after updating the theme, you don’t even see the Sliders anymore.
Even if I create a new page and insert a slider, a blank space remains in the front end.
I am sending you my account privately.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your information!

I’ve just checked your site, and the problem was caused by your theme has not updated to latest version, it still version 1.1.3 as in the screenshot below:

The latest theme Navian version is 1.2.1 – 14 October 2020, and version which compatible with WordPress latest release is 1.1.7 as you can see in the screenshot below:

But I’ve just fixed it for you manually by modify the theme files directly on your site. So please check your site again in the link here: https://www.fmc28.it/portfolio/restyling-logo-ibbur/ and here https://www.fmc28.it/2020/visioni/me-and-tree/ (You may want to test it in private mode of your browser or remove history cache of the browser and check again)

And here is the screenshot of working slider in your blog post:

But I still recommend you to update the them to latest version (Version 1.2.1 – 14 October 2020) as in the article here: http://www.themelogi.com/knowledge/#theme_update

When you’re done on updating the theme, please go to your Dashboard > Appearances > Install Plugins to update your plugins.

Also, I see that you’ve leaved us a review on ThemeForest says that the theme doesn’t work on WordPress updates and doesn’t update plugin regularly. But actually, we’ve release new version to make the theme compatible with latest WordPress right after the WordPress release date, and we also do update the plugins several times each month as you can see in the screenshot below:

So in this case, could you please consider to update your review (https://themeforest.net/ratings/3214289) about our Navian theme to 5-star rating since it make impact to our sale much.

If you have any further issues or questions you are always welcome to contact us back anytime you need.

    Looking forward to your response!

Thank you so much and have a great day!
    Danny
