    Hi Team,

While I imported the demo content, I faced issues and hence I opted for Advanced demo import options. Followed the steps and got a message that my demo import was completed. But to my dismay when I started the process of “Individual Demo Import” to import my selected home page, I found that I could not locate the “Navian Studio icon button” anywhere after “Creating a new page”.

Please let me know how to go about it.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

I’ve imported the demo content for your site successfully. Could you please check again?

The problem was caused by your host has PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. So I have to run the demo import several times (until we can see the successfully message) to finish the process via Appearances > Install Demo.

So all the demo content has been imported successfully now, please check again. Also, you can change the demo homepage you wish as in in our FAQs page here (in Question 2) : http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/

About the Navian Studio icon button, please click on the “WPBakery Page Builder button” to use the page builder editor, then you should see the Navian Studio button as in the screenshots below:

P.S: The SG Optimizer plugin may make the theme doesn’t work properly, so in case you want to improve the loading speed, I can recommend you some other optimize plugins below:

    1. W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/

    2. Autoptimize: https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/

    Hope this helps,

Thank you Danny. Will check and get back to you.
