    I bought Wanium yesterday and unfortunately I’m struggling a lot with installation.

    Can you please help me?

    I was following the steps in the manual provided and when it came to plugins installation, there were some serious issues with my website – crashes etc. The only thing that helped me solve this issues was to disable PHP 7.0 in the administration of my web provider. It started working when I enabled PHP 5.6 instead. That brings me to the first question – is the theme PHP 7.0 compatible?

    And the second one – I can’t install demos. When I click on “Install Demo” and follow the steps, WordPress just stops responding. I’ve also tried it manually via Tools, but no sucess there either. There was an error – something like import failed (I use WordPress in Czech language). Can you please also help me with this?

    About this error, the problem was 100% caused by your host has PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. Please ask your hosting provider and ask them to increase those limits to a minimum as follows:

    max_execution_time = 900
    max_input_time 600
    memory_limit = 256M
    post_max_size = 64M
    upload_max_filesize = 64M
    max_input_vars = 5000
    allow_url_fopen on

    In this case you should contact your hosting provider and ask them for a quick assistance with this via their Live Chat or Support Phone. It’s your right to ask for these updates as you paid for their service and they usually react timely upon similar requests.
