Hello,
I try to add title background images on my pages and posts but it does not work.
I selected on my page as a:
– “Page title Latout”: Center Background
– “Page title Background type” : Custom Background Image
– I add my image from my media gallery
And when I publish I still see a grey Background behind my title. Nevertheless, I can see the image properly as a background title on preview.
I made the test on this URL: https://premama-y-despues.com/donde-comprar-ropa-premama/
I got the same issue on posts !
On Apparence/Customyze/system, I have “Center Background” as a “Single Page Title Layout”
Hi there,
Thanks for writing in!
About this issue, please deactivate all the plugins (except TLG Framework & Visual Composer) to see if the problem is gone or not.
Then you can activate it again once by once to see which plugin make the issue. It may caused by your cache plugin or optimized image plugin.
If you can’t make it work, please share us the admin account of your site via private reply here or via the contact form at https://themeforest.net/user/themelogi so we can help you out.
Best regards,
Danny
I have this exact same issue. Can you let me know how to solve it? Thanks.
Mine has actually fixed itself after adding details to the page. Pages with no content in them do not have the banner image.
