    I am having a little issue with the sticky menu on my onepage format website using the roneous theme.

    1. One the main page when you click on the navigation links, the sticky menu covers some of the content. Is there any way we can tweak this?

    2. I have a separate “blog” labeled Inventory. It is a separate page. When I click on the links to go back to the main page. It goes correctly to the proper ID, however the sticky menu doesn’t show up – until you either scroll to the very top or very bottom of the entire page. Make navigating hard.

    Can any of this be fixed?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

    1. The scroll menu is designed to navigate into “id” element, so if you got a Heading element, there is no issue like this.

    But in this case, you can modify the offset of the scroll function, please open up the scripts.js file in themes/roneous/assets/js folder, find the code below (around line 273) :

    jQuery('a[href*="#"]').smoothScroll({ speed: 800 });

    … and change it into this (86 is the height of menu in pixel) :

    jQuery('a[href*="#"]').smoothScroll({ offset: -86, speed: 800 });

    Please hard refresh the browser so the changes can take effect.

    2. About this issue, we’re working on it and we’ll try to fix it in next updates of the theme.

    Best regards,
    Danny

    Thank you! I will look for updates in the future.
    One more question I have …. When on mobile (specifically vertical phone size) the background picture in my heading loses opacity. I have tried messing with different media widths and the following css, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Could you guide me to where I can change this?
    #single-5c7751b458239 .background-content {
    opacity: 1!important;
    }

    I did try the fix for my first question … followed your directions and it is not working.

    H there,

    Thanks for your info!

    To resolve this issue, please go to your Single Header element settings, and set the “Background position” in Header Background Options to “default”.

    Or you can add the code below to your Dashboard > Appearances > Customize > Addition CSS:

    @media (max-width: 600px) {.tlg-page-wrapper .header-single .background-content {opacity: 1!important;}}

    P.S: I’ve set the background position for you, please check again.

    Best regards,
    Danny
