    I finally managed to get the demos to load into Word Press but the demo I want to use is not listed. I’ve scrolled very carefully through each of the six pages of demo files and it’s not there. I’ve even tried to twice reimport the demos and still it doesn’t show on the list. I’m looking for the Creative Portfolio. All there is the minimal portfolio.

    Can I get a response on this? It’s been over ten days and I’d like to get my website up and running please.

    If I’m not going to get any assistance, I would like a refund of my purchase. I purchased this for that demo specifically and if it cannot be provided I would like my money back and go find something else to my liking. I have been without a website for a couple of weeks now waiting on a response from your tech support. If I do not get a response I will go to Theme Forest’s customer service and offer a complaint. This is ridiculous.

    I will be requesting a refund since I cannot get any assistance with this matter. Horrid technical support and apparently not a supported product.
