    I have an issue with menu navigation especially when I view it in mobile devices or in responsive mode. This is the URL https://sophrosyneschool.org/ and if you go to the About Us menu then it has a drop-down menu and it has its own page as well. The issue is that in the mobile device if I click About Us page then I get the drop-down menu shows up but About Us, the page doesn’t show up when I click it. And the same thing goes with the Academics menu as well. Please help me to fix this issue.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your info!

    Actually, this was caused by the parent menu is alway sample link such us “#” to open submenu, but not a real URL.

    But I can’t have permission to change your theme files, so please open up the scripts.js file, find the line 716 below:

    if (jQuery(this).find(">a").is('[href*="#"]') || ('yes' == wp_data.navian_menu_open && jQuery(this).hasClass("menu-item-has-children"))) {

    … and change it into this:

    if (jQuery(this).find(">a").is('[href*="#"]')) {

    Then please clear your browser cache or test your site in private mode in browser.

    Hope this helps,
    Danny

    Hello, same problem here. Great theme btw! But this is a strange script as I may say it. Menu items should always have the possibility to open. Only when you select the # it should not. Could you please fix this in a an update? Now you have to make every menu item with an extra item to have this as a workaround. Or you should update the script after every theme update. Thank you in advance.

    Thank you so much for your suggestions!

    We’ll add it into our update list so we can add it as an option in next theme updates.

    Best regards,
    Danny
