    I receive this same error when attempting to import the demo content, both with the one click import AND manually:

    Any idea on how to fix it?

    Please don’t worry, the problem may caused by the limit on process import in the hosting provider configuration as in our FAQs page here: http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/

    So about this issue, please just share us your site URL and the admin account of your site via private reply below or or via the contact form at https://themeforest.net/user/themelogi so we can import the demo content for you.

    Thanks for your information!

    I’ve imported the demo content for your site successfully. Could you please check again?

    The problem was caused by your host has PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. So I have to run the demo import several times (until we can see the successfully message) to finish the process via Appearances > Install Demo.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your info!

    Please find below the answer for your questions:

    1. The placeholder image are for demo purpose only, so you can feel free to replace it with your own images. Then you can go to your Dashboard > Media to delete all the place holder images, it take a few minutes only. Actually, if we remove all the place holder images, the layout may break so it hard to see and change the images.

    For the section such as in your screenshot, yes, some demo images may missing due to the limit process on your hosting, so not all the demo images are imported. But you can just replace it by your own images.

    I’ve added that missing image so you can change it as in the screenshot below:

    2. About the primary color, there are some custom color in the element setting of the page editor which override the global color setting, you’ll need to go to that element setting and change it as in the screenshots below for example:



    In case you still don’t know how to change color in some elements, please share us a screenshot so we can help you out.

    P.S: I’ve changed all that custom color in section above on your homepage, please check again.
