    Thanks for writing in!

    I see that you’ve imported the demo content successfully (you can see all the blog posts) https://graphic2sign-com.preview-domain.com/, you just need to select your homepage as in our FAQs page here (in Question 2) : http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/

    The “ugly” page you see is just the default blog archive page, you can just go to your Dashboard > Settings > Reading and select your new homepage as in the screenshot below:

    In case you can’t make it work, please share us the admin account of your site via private reply so we can investigate your case and help you out. Also, please point to specific page where we can see the problem. Any screenshots would be welcomed!

    I’ve set your new homepage into “Business” demo homepage as in the screenshot below:

    Could you please check your site again here: https://graphic2sign-com.preview-domain.com/

    In case you want to change to other homepage, please go to Settings > Reading, and change to the homepage you wish as in the screenshot below:

    For your information, you may want to have a look at our theme documentation here for more details about using the theme features: http://themelogi.com/docs/navian

    P.S: In case you see some missing content, for example: Testimonials, Clients, Team members,… please go to your Dashboard > Testimonials/Clients/Team members to add your our content.

    About this issue, could you please point to specific URL so we can see the problem since I couldn’t see the issue in your homepage here: https://graphic2sign-com.preview-domain.com/

    I’ve tried to login to your site to search for the issue, but it seems that the account has been changed. Could you please check again.

    Also, thank you so much for the updated review, but if possible, could you please change your review to positive wordsinstead of saying demo content not work, because it could make big impact to our sales. Actually, the demo content is imported to your site successfully. The theme also have an advanced option to import demo content incase it’s missing as you can see in the screenshot below:


    Please understand that the demo content process issue may caused by many reasons, for example: hosting issue, server script time limitation,.. but since the issue has been fixed, I hope you can help revise the review if it seems just to you after we addressed the issue. It’s important to us that our customers are more than satisfied, and we hope to hear from you based on your further experiences.
