    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

To add multiple locations, you can use a break line (Enter key) for each location.

Also, you may want to have a look at the Google Maps element in our FAQs page here (in Question 5): http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/

    Hope this helps,
    Danny

Thanks for thre reply Danny. When i try to multiple location in different countries the map marker disappears and only world map is shown.

    Also
I’ve added Google Maps to my site – I have an API key, the map is showing and according to Google Console is making API calls. But, no matter what address I put in, the location stays somewhere in France. And doesn’t show my marker either

    Please help.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

Due to the recent changes in Google API key, you may need to re-create your new API key in order to make it work, here you can follow the article here to create your own correct key: https://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/creating-a-google-maps-api-key/

Otherwise, you can use the “default” embed Google Map which doesn’t require to have Google Map Key as in our FAQs page here (Question 5) : http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/

If the problem persists, please share us your site URL and the admin account of your site via private reply so we can investigate your case and help you out. Also, please point to specific page where we can see the problem. Any screenshots would be welcomed!

    Hope this helps,
    Danny
