    Danny,

    Please don’t resubmit your FAQ page.

    I’ve followed ALL of the troubleshooting advice and been in touch with my hosting service TWICE.

    The DEMO content is NOT loading.

    Please provide some LEGITIMATE support. Not just another link to an FAQ that has NOT solved my problem.

    And if you can’t do that, please REFUND my money ASAP.

    Thanks for writing in and I’m really sorry about your inconvenience.

    But please don’t worry, about this issue, you can try to deactivate all your plugin (once by once, except WPBakery Page Builder and TLG Framework) to see if the problem is gone or not.

    If the problem persists, please share us your site URL and the admin account of your site via private reply so we can investigate your case and help you out. Also, please point to specific page where we can see the problem. Any screenshots would be welcomed! (you could upload your images into https://imgbb.com/ and share the link here).

    In case we can’t help you out, we’ll happy to return your money.

    Many thanks for getting back!

    Are you suggesting I disable a plugin, retry the install, and if that doesn’t work, keep disabling additional plugins until the install is successful?

    In that case, once I disable a plugin, do I keep it disabled, or reactivate before I disable the next plugin?

    Please advise.

    For the quick check, please follow the steps here:

    Step 1: Disable all plugins except WPBakery Page Builder and TLG Framework.

    Step 2. Go to your Dashboard > Appearances > Install Demo.

    Step 3. Go to your Dashboard > Settings > Reading to select your homepage as in our FAQs page here (in Question 2) : http://www.themelogi.com/tickets/topic/faq/
