    Hello Danny

    For my page: http://balkonihijau.com/welcome/

Right under the Page Title, there’s a preset text that I can’t delete: “Tabbed content can be added easily using Visual Element in Page Builder”

How can I get rid of this? As this page was made from one of your template pages.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

You can remove this text in the Subtitle field of the options at bottom of the page editor as in the screenshot here:

    Hope this helps,
    Danny

    Hi Danny

I don’t have that option on my page. When I am in the editing that page, below the page builder, there’s only ‘Excerpt’ followed by ‘Revisions’ and that’s about it. I think yours look different than mine.

I do not see anywhere for ‘Page Title Subtitle’

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in!

To resolve this issue, please update your theme to latest version as in the article here: http://www.themelogi.com/knowledge/#theme_update

When you’re done on updating the theme, please go to your Dashboard > Appearances > Install Plugins to update your plugins.

Also, please make sure you’ve activated the TLG Framework plugin after the theme update.

Then you can click on WPBakery Page Builder button to use the page builder editor:

After that, you should see all the page options at bottom of the page.

If the problem persists, please share us the admin account of your site via private reply so we can investigate your case and help you out.

    Hope this helps,
    Danny
