When I try to edit the homepage using visual editor or through the backend under Pages, for example the single header, after I make a change on it, save, and update/refresh. The changes don’t appear on the tab itself. A black screen appears instead. I’ll have to exit the visual editor and refresh to see the changes I made instead.
Thanks and regards,

Thanks for your info and yes you can use “Set as private reply” option to send private message.
About your issue, I’ve checked you site using Window 10 and Chrome browser but could not replicate your issue as you can see in the screenshot here:
So could you please check again and provide your Chrome/System versions details, this could help us a little bit more in order to replicate the issue and trying this.
Thanks a lot! : )

I’m currently using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS with Intel Core i5.
My Chrome version is 57.0.2987.133.
Did you try on the visual editor through the front-end as well? I just tried again after clearing my cookies and cache but I face the same problem for front-end. Back-end is fine albeit it takes longer than it should to reload after clicking on “update”.
I actually tried the same visual editor that came with another theme on another website and theirs worked fine for me.
I could save changes and see it appear within 2seconds later.April 5, 2017 at 10:43 am #1710
Thanks for your info and I am sorry for your inconvenience!
There was a script error while editing Single Header element via front-end, that because we’re using some script code in order to display the Header. We’ll need a little more time to investigate this case and fix this issue in next update version of the theme. So please use back-end editor to editing your header content for now.
Thanks for understanding. Take care!

So out of all your theme users, I’m the only experiencing this?
Well, can’t be helped then I guess hahaha.
How can I get notified of your next theme update?
Thanks and regards.April 5, 2017 at 1:29 pm #1712
Just tried editing from backend and I noticed yet another problem.
When I try to only change the contact form of the header, the whole header resets itself to the default demo template.
The background pictures, the title and subtitle text and everything resets itself.April 6, 2017 at 2:03 am #1720
Yes, this is the first time we see this issue and we’ll send you an email about theme update.
Also, I changed the contact form of the header but can not replicate your issue, here are the steps when I make a test on your site:
2. Change the contact form in header:
So I do not see the header resets itself to demo template, please check again and share us screenshot about your problem so I can help you out quickly.

Apologies, it seems like one of my team members made a change on the homepage that I wasn’t aware of at that time.
Just tried and testing and it’s fine from the backend. 🙂
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
